Modified Montessori pre-kindergarten for children ages 3, 4, and 5 Monday through Friday. Offered full or half-days. Full-day kindergarten, Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Children must be 5 years of age by December 1. Classes for grades 1 - 6 run from 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. UPK(Universal Pre-K) Students must be 4 years old by December 1st and Residents of Utica. Enrollment is open to children of all faiths, ethnic, and racial backgrounds. Staff of thirty-five which includes one Sister of St. Joseph and twenty-one lay teachers. Mrs. Carol Polito, serves as principal. Priests and deacons from Our Lady of Lourdes parish participate in religious programs and activities. . Lourdes serves students from nearly a dozen different school districts. Bus transportation is provided by the child's home district. Uniforms are worn by students in Grades 1 - 6: white or light blue golf shirts with navy blue pants or shorts for the boys, and plaid jumpers or navy slacks with white or light blue blouses for the girls. Full-service cafeteria with special breakfast and lunch programs available. Premises are monitored by a security system.
