ST. FRANCIS de SALES ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION ALL ARE WELCOME

The St. Francis de Sales Alumni Association is pleased to announce that it will present scholarships of $350.00 to five (5) students in each of the Utica area Catholic Elementary Schools. These scholarships can be used at the parochial school that the selected students attend during 2007-2008.

  1. Call School Office to request application for this scholarship.
  1. The scholarship will be awarded to a student who displays a willing and caring spirit for others in the school and/or community and is willing to volunteer time and service.
  1. Please attach to the application a brief letter or letters from the staff verifying the enclosed scholarship information. DO NOT INCLUDE STUDENTS NAME IN THE LETTER.
  1. Applications must be submitted no later than April 15, 2007 to Harold Luley 2008 Baker Ave., Utica, NY 13501.
  1. Scholarships recipients will be contacted in early June.
  1. Checks will be sent directly to the Utica Catholic Schools Office.
The “Hazel D. Scheidelman” Scholarship is being offered through THE GOOD NEWS FOUNDATION

* Call the School Office to request an application. All students from one family may apply on the same form.
* Applications must be returned to the School no later than April 15th.
* This Scholarship is based on financial aid.
